wrong item
wrong size or colour
item damaged by producer or during shipping
Please inform us within 14 days upon receipt of the item so we can make appropriate arrangements. However, we will not take responsibility if the customer has provided wrong information, or the damage is caused by the customers themselves. Please refer to our Store Policy Section for details.
